Harmonized GMRC / Values Education with Christian Living Education Developed by CEAP-NCR, Now Available Digitally Through Quipper

Recognizing this, the Catholic Educational Association of the Philippines – NCR (CEAP-NCR) has developed a harmonized curriculum for GMRC (Good Manners and Right Conduct) and Christian Living Education (CLE). On May 18, 2026, Quipper Philippines and CEAP-NCR signed a Memorandum of Agreement to bring the harmonized GMRC and CLE content to digital platforms. This partnership reflects a shared commitment to support Catholic educational institutions by providing quality, faith-based learning materials that align with national standards.

Their collaboration marks a significant step toward integrating digital tools with values education, ensuring students receive consistent and comprehensive instruction from Kinder to Grade 12.
